What's in a Name? Dracula Untold

The first title Dracula: Year Zero, converted to Dracula, is reborn to Dracula Untold. This redo is scheduled to hit theaters 10/4/2014. It elucidates the origins of  Dracula.

This is the star lineup: Luke Evans as Dracula, with Thor Kristjansson, Sarah Gadon, Samantha Barks, Dominic Cooper, and Art Parkinson.

The story is a mesh of Stoker's classic horror  novel, sort of, and Vlad the Impaler a historical figure that Stoker used to dream up his character.

This project is Gary Shore's first effort at directing a film. The screenplay was written by Burk Sharpless and Matt Sazama.
